Beautiful family, amazing session at Casco Viejo.. It was so much fun with the two big brothers to be...Having 3 sisters of my own, I love big families, I always share the excitement and joy of a growing family! It was an amazing session with Diego and Javi, they were so excited about their little brother already! Keeping kids entertained during a photosession is quite a task, otherwise you should keep your expectations low in seeing them in all of the photos.
For having the boys cooperative and entertained, I came out with some prop ideas, hah!
And, they loved it! They tried to reach out for their little bro with the
home-made walkie talkie, blast! And coloring-up mommy’s bump was
another blast.
Apart
from that, I just let the kids free, like running around, do silly faces,
explore the location, and more.. Parents call the kids next to themselves,
because that’s what we have been doing for family photos right?!
I let the kids free. That always works much better than trying to pose
them in a certain way! As we all know, kids don’t like to be told what they should do. I go
with their flow instead.. and you know what, that’s actually when their personality pops out! Yes in my work you won't see just a photo of your kid
about how they looked at that age, you will see their personality in other
words; who they were, how they behaved what they liked to do, what their manners were..
That’s
what you want to remember, believe me not a perfect look!
